Meniere's Disease is a disorder of the inner ear causing severe dizziness (vertigo), ringing in the ears (tinnitus), hearing loss, and a feeling of fullness or congestion in the ear. It typically affects only one ear and can cause unpredictable episodes of vertigo.

Care plans are individualized. The practice combines detailed history, bedside examination, and targeted testing to decide whether treatment should focus on vestibular rehabilitation, migraine or medication management, canalith repositioning, cardiovascular coordination, neurologic treatment, or additional specialty referral.
